Any tool compatible with MCP (Model Context Protocol) works out of the box — including Claude.ai, ChatGPT (via MCP bridge), and OpenClaw. We're adding new integrations constantly, and you can connect your own tools using the MCP SDK.
All context data is encrypted end-to-end. AI tools access it through scoped, temporary tokens you authorize. Synapse never uses your data for training or shares it with third parties. You can delete any topic at any time.
Synapse runs as a context server via MCP. When you reference a topic in an AI tool, it requests a structured summary from Synapse and injects it into the current session's system context. It all happens in the background — just say "continue #topic-name" naturally.
